went out with jian qing and yao dong on sat.

we went to queensway shooping centre as i had wanted to look for sports shoes for my pe lessons. but i did not manage to find a pair that i like. instead, jian qing bought his pair. haha

then we went to marina south for steamboat dinner. we had expected least ppl there since it was drizzling the whole day. but we were wrong, marina south is packed as usual. ppl flowed to the steamboat area like flies swarm to the rubbish dump. every bus was packed with impatient hungry ghosts!!!

so how would i describe this steamboat trip?

its so far my worst cooking experience ever. we were frying the prawns on the hot pan, but we accidentally penetrated the alluminium foil with prawn tail shells. so the hot melted magerine came into direct contact with the flame and caught fire. failure!!!

we went to the arcade next to the steamboat to play dota after dinner. that was really fun!!! though we losed several rounds, we had enjoyed the game much.

on our way back to the mrt station, jian qing realised that he had left his shoes at the steamboat eatery. it was already more than 3hr after we left the place. so he had logically bore no hope that he could by any chance recover the lost new shoes!!! gone with the money!!! unlucky day for him.

really had lots of fun going out with jian qing and yao dong. hope to see them again soon.
