i caught flu =(

i had started feeling weird since tuesday. my forth throat was infected with virus i think. the dangling thing u have in the throat was all red and swollen and i felt this tingy itch in that area.
i thought that it was most probably due to a heaty body, since i ate quite a lot of deep fried food recently.
but it turned out much worst then i expected.
since wednesday i started to have a running nose, not the gross mucus-dripping type la!!! just constant block nose and i could not breathe smoothly... zzz
now im having a groggy head, and a phlegmy throat, and periodic sneezing

im feeling terrible now, its not going to take my life, but its just irritatingly toiling me

where is my panadol?
